> The device is an Android device, so you can manually set up proxies and other network settings.
> The Entertain device will PING the server every 2 minutes to let it know it is online and poll the server every 30 seconds to check for new instructions. Media Files are stored locally on the device, so it does not require a network connection to run and will run in offline mode until it is reconnected to get updates where required.

A media file transfer happens one time to each device, and this depends on the size of your media files. Publisher and URL’s also add to the data usage based on frequency of use and updates. This is typically not significant, but difficult to predict.
