When you log in to your Entertain Platform, your Media Files section is the first page that opens (this is under the drop-down menu of Management). On here, you can add, delete, and otherwise manage the files you wish to use in your campaigns.
You will see a list of files that have already been uploaded (if any).
Click on the Actions button to generate a drop down menu with options.
Click on Actions > Upload. You can select any MP4, GIF, JPG, or PNG file/s from your computer.
In the pop up dialog box that appears, select Add files.
Choose the files you wish to upload from your computer and select Start upload. You can cancel your upload or close the dialog box at any time.
Uploaded files will reflect in the Media Files list and are now ready to use. These files will stay on your system until deleted—it is recommended to delete older files that you are no longer using.
Your Entertain player can upload a URL (a link) as easily as a media file. Go to Actions > Add URL. The below dialog box will pop up:
In the Name field, type any name you wish to for reference; then paste the URL in the URL field and click Upload.
Your uploaded URL will reflect in the Media Files list.
Delete a File
Select the file/s that you wish to edit or delete, by clicking on the small box near the file name. Click on Actions
Select Delete from the drop down menu and click OK in the prompt that appears.
Proof of Play Report
Generating a proof of play report is an easy way to know how many times your file has played on a screen.
Simply select the file and go to Actions > Proof of Play.
Select the time frame you want the report for, and hit Generate.
A detailed Proof of Play record will emerge that you can download to your computer.
On your Media Files list, you can also click on Download to download a file to your computer, or click on the Screen icon under Screen to see if that file is currently playing on any screen.
