You can play the same content on one or multiple screens at a time—this is known as a campaign. Planning and scheduling these campaigns in advance is a good idea as it allows time for all the media to sync and be play-ready.
In the Menu Bar, go to Scheduling > Campaign.
The list of simple campaigns created each month displays here. You can use the Previous or Next options to navigate through the months, use Refresh to see the latest changes to the page, and use the ? to be guided to this Support Forum.

You can drag the field borders to expand them if required and view key campaign details.
Start Date: The start date of the simple campaign
End Date: The end date of the simple campaign
Name: The name given to the simple campaign
Priority: The priority a campaign has been given, with 10 being the lowest and 1 being the highest. This may or may not be visible on your player
Description: The description you provide for the campaign (optional)
Create a Campaign
Entertain Tip Before starting to create a campaign, ensure that your media files are uploaded and ready. Learn how to do this in the Management > Media topic.
To create a new campaign, in the Menu Bar, go to Scheduling > Campaign.
Click Actions and then New to bring up the dialog box for creating a campaign.
Now, all you have to do is fill in a few details.
Step 1: Choosing your campaign details
Name: Pick a name for your campaign. It’s a good idea to put in key details that will remind you of the nature of this campaign in the future.
Description: Optionally, enter a description for the campaign
Start Date: Nominate the start date for this campaign here. Scheduling in advance of the start date allows time for the campaign to sync with each of the screens you are scheduling to.
End date: Nominate the date when you’d like the campaign to stop playing on the screens.
Never Ending: If you tick the “Never ending” option, your campaign will play on a loop until stopped, deleted, or until a new campaign is scheduled. This is an optional field.
Step 2: Creating your playlist
Click on the Media Files tab. This section lists out all the media files that are in the system (learn how to upload and manage media files in the Management > Media topic).
Entertain Tip Use the box above each field to type-search for what you want if sifting through many files.
Check the media file/s you would like to add to the playlist and use the > arrow. The files will appear on the right side as your intended playlist.
You can drag and drop these files to rearrange the order.
Step 3: Selecting your screens
Once you are comfortable with the playlist, you can hit the Players tab to pick which player/s you want this campaign to run on. Like with media files, select the screens you’d want the content to play on and hit the right arrow.
Step 4: Setting your timings
Finally, go to the Timings tab and specify when you’d like your campaign to run each day.
Once satisfied with your settings, hit Create. Your campaign has been scheduled! Your files will be ready to play (at the times set) as soon as the content is synced up to the screen, depending on file size and internet.
